"La Liberté" housing and office building

Mixed - use building of social housing and offices. The construction of La Liberte Housing and Offices building is part of the Ring Zuid Groningen initiative, an agreement of the Eurlings Ministry of Transport, the municipality and province of Groningen to develop the surrounding areas of the "southern ring road of Groningen", the Weg der Verenigde Naties highway.
