The collaboration with FontanaArte started when Carlo Gugliemi discovered the lamp created by Dominique Perrault and Gaëlle Lauriot-Prrévost for the French national Library.
As a consequence, they designed the series of lamps MA for Fontana Arte which are covered with sheathing intertwined steel wires. Later on they cooperated to create the V light and V Mast lamps for Gramsci Square in Cinisello Balsamo, Milan.
