Construction of a building responding to the needs of the departmental Archives still 2040 and preservation of the old building The building includes a reading hall, an exhibition hall, a conference room and storage areas, administrativ offices and an appartement for the direction. The project is doing with permanency and changes, using the solidity of the stone and the softness of the wood. The old building is dedicated to communication and the new one to conservation. The site is opened and surrounded by a public garden.
