Rising 133 meters high, the Fukoku Tower stands like an urban tree deeply rooted in the city.
PROGRAM
At the exit of Osaka’s main train station, a 32-story tower, comprising 28 floors above ground and 4 below (excluding parking lots), stands out in the urban landscape. It includes 40,000 m² of office space, a 5,000 m² commercial area, 4,000 m² of university laboratories, a lobby, and parking lots.
