The transformation of the Montparnasse Tower embodies an architectural manifesto seizing the unique opportunity to shape a vertical, energy-positive city, alive day and night, in the heart of Paris.
PROGRAM
The project to transform the Montparnasse Tower, designed in 1973 by architects Jean Saubot, Eugène Beaudouin, Urbain Cassan, and Louis de Hoÿm de Marien, involves creating a vertical E+ positive energy city, accommodating a variety of uses (offices, shops, housing, etc.), as well as tourist attractions including a hotel, a restaurant, and a viewing platform.
