The first tower built in this rapidly developing area on the banks of the Danube, Donau City Tower I was conceived as the first of a future pair of towers.

A 60-story tower comprising 40,000 m² of office space on 33 floors, a 4-star hotel (254 rooms), 16 duplex apartments (2,400 m²), a sky bar, restaurants on the 57th floor, and underground parking.

DESCRIPTION
The gateway to Danube Island, it faces slightly towards the river and features a pleated façade with cascading folds, evoking the movement of a waterfall.

Clad in deep black glass, it captures the reflections of the sky and, at dusk, transforms into a golden surface, vibrating under the last rays of the sun.
