DESCRIPTION
Envisioned as a connector between the world above and the world below, the station’s architecture elevates the infrastructure and the moment of travel: blurring the boundaries between open and closed spaces, opening its floor to the public space of the street, it does not oppose the city with a built facade and allows air and natural light to circulate down to the platforms fifty meters below ground.

An invitation to a “journey within a journey,” the route is peaceful but not without flavor: the soaring escalators and staircases create an extraordinary Piranesian space that infiltrates the fabric of the territory and extends the vertical dynamics of access to the transportation networks with the movements of the city.
