The Morland Administrative Center, located on the former Louviers Island, preserves the site’s historical memory while offering potential for reuse for residential and professional purposes.
PROGRAM
The Morland Administrative Center comprises 77 social housing units, 84 intermediate housing units, and 24 family housing units for first-time buyers, a nursery, a 200-room hotel with services open to the public, offices suitable for 600 users, and 3,300 m² of commercial space on the ground floor. This commercial program is based on shared creativity, with an incubator dedicated to the food industry and a micro-factory in the city center. The project is centered around 4,500 m² of green spaces, including a landscaped garden on the ground floor, hanging gardens on the 9th floor, and an urban vegetable garden on the 10th floor.
