DESCRIPTION
Stemming from a simple volume, the project unfolds outward in successive layers and becomes denser inwardly around a compact cylindrical core, giving the whole a great architectural clarity. The transparent and translucent façade, clad in a luminous white envelope, lightens the volume and reflects its surroundings. The coherence between structure, techniques, and interior organization extends this clarity to the scale of use. The architecture promotes a strong relationship between interior and exterior, integrating light, air, and environmental performance at the heart of the project.
