The construction of 40 apartments to rent is part of the general reflection of the Town of Rezé within the Program of New Architecture, PAN XII, won by Dominique Perrault. The purpose is to give a status to the parcels situated in the abandoned zones of the border of the town. The organisation of the common spaces, the typology of the apartments and their architecture considers this specific situation and proposes a better living.
