DESCRIPTION
Led and driven by the residents themselves, the project for District 2 takes advantage of the site’s prime location along the Han River, ensuring that every home has a view and access to the water. Only six 200-meter towers will be built to accommodate 2,700 homes, in order to preserve as much outdoor space as possible. These luxury residential buildings will surround a large central park, directly connected to the Han River, creating a true green heart for the neighborhood. At the same time, other competitions are underway for the design of Districts 3 and 4, continuing the harmonious transformation of Apgujeong.
