SYNOPSIS
Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost and Dominique Perrault invited historian Frédéric Prot and photographer Philippe Chancel to reveal, one in writing and the other through images, the radical work carried out by architect Jean Dubuisson in the 1960s, as well as the commitment of his client, André Weil, to build an estate in Pontpoint. Here, “openly” is synonymous with “manifest.” These two words also sum up the mission of the association for the conservation of the Domaine de Frapotel, created in 2020, which focuses on modernity in the second half of the 20th century through architecture, design, and landscape.
