A unique place for the Grand Paris:

The enterprise proposes a way of inhabiting Babcock through a set of diverse cultural activities. It is designed to be an important space of culture and creation with national and international projection but likewise a place of life deeply rooted in its territory addressing both the specificities and expectations of the inhabitants of la Courneuve and Plaine Commune.

"La Fabrique des Cultures" will integrate multiple activities and spaces such as artists' studio, an image centre, a buisness incubator, a canteen for all, co-working areas, halls for specific events and boutiques. The new green spaces, within the halls or on the esplanade, will be open to the public and made for both the site users and the inhabitants of la Courneuve.
